Professor Chris Chatamara is a senior and skilled General Surgeon with extensive experience.
He obtained his medical degree in 1969 from the University of London, Westminster Hospital, United Kingdom. In 1975, he obtained a Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons and in 1979, a Fellowship in General Surgery and Oncology. He pursued another one at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. In 1982, he conducted his thesis in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Chatamara is an expert in performing various general surgery procedures such as oncology surgeries, breast surgery, upper gastrointestinal surgery such as esophageal surgery, gastrectomy, cholecystectomy, and liver and pancreas surgeries.
He received the Paxton Prize in England for his unique combinatorial medical research as well as the Coulter Surgical Prize in London, England for innovative surgical research projects.
