It has two branches within Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital and Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital. These two branches provide a full range of medical services for children through a work team that includes more than 150 specialists in the field of medical care.
It should be noted that the two branches of Samitivej Children’s Hospital are fully specialized in providing comprehensive triple treatment for children, in addition to surgical operations, and they are also equipped with the latest technologies suitable for the care of children in particular, such as: the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for newborns up to one month old.
One Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) for children over one month old, and a Pediatric Surgery Department equipped to provide brain, urinary and cardiac surgeries. Furthermore, the hospital specializes in treating the most complex childhood health conditions and also offers air transportation.
It is the first private hospital for children in Thailand. It was accredited by UNICEF, the World Health Organization, and the Ministry of Public Health as a mother and child hospital in 1998.
She was awarded the Prime Minister of Thailand’s Most Outstanding Service Award in 2004
